Paul Murray Awards Won in 2008
Paul Murray won several awards at MasterWorks 2008 at the Hispanic Arts Building
on the State Fairgrounds (Expo NM) In Albuquerque. All five of Paul's minis
were accepted and two won awards.. He also had two pastels and two acrylics
in the larger paintings accepted. He received received an Award of Achievement for efforts
in getting MasterWorks off the ground in 1998.

In the April 2008 issue of South West Art Magazine (page 31),
of Paul's images, "Memory Lane" (above) was selected
for the announcement about MasterWorks.

He also won "Best of Show" and 3rd Place in the Pastel Journal Top 100 competition
in 2006 and First Place in 2007.  He has won 10 awards altogether
(including Honorable Mentions) in the Pastel Journal competition since 2002.
