PLEASE NOTE: We are delighted to accept your checks. We trust you, and have found that the U.S. Mail has no trouble finding us to deliver them! If you are concerned about a class closing while your check is in transit, please contact us and we will hold a place for you. Note, if you are registering less than 30 days prior to the start of class, we request a direct bank transfer of funds.

DEPOSIT: The deposit to hold your place in class is 1/2 of the TOTAL amount on line six. The balance may be deferred up to 45 days before the start of class.
FINAL PAYMENT: Your balance is due 45 days before the start of class. Failure to pay the balance at this time will forfeit your place in class, so PLEASE, mark your calendar. You will be sent one invoice after registration. We are not able to send out reminders, and if we do not receive your final payment on that date, we will be forced to cancel your registration and forfeit your space in the class. Please help us avoid this possibility and mark the date for yourself.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are refundable (less a $35 Handling fee) if you cancel in writing 45 days or more before the start of class. Otherwise, all monies are forfeited. No exceptions can be made to this policy, including personal or medical emergencies. In the event of a class cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified at least 30 days before the start of class and receive a full refund. In the event that TAS is forced to cancel a class after this time, due to unforeseeable adverse conditions, such as weather, political instability, or other such conditions, you will receive a prorated refund. We cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel arrangements and highly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance.
RECORDING: Audio taping, Filming, Videotaping, or other recording of workshops is not permitted. Photography is allowed for personal use only. Prior permission must be granted in writing from the TAS office for any Editorial or Commercial use of class content or experiences.
INDEMNITY:
I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages resulting from my voluntary participation in the activities of TAOS ART SCHOOL and to hold the school, its officers, staff and representatives, forever harmless from any action, claim or liability.
